Here are Peacock White Eye Feathers
which have slight flaws, or seconds,
which are very nice in a grouping
or eye feather bouquet, as in the photo below.
They are 10" to 36" long,
and may be a bit thin, not quite white white, &/or have tiny
holes or bits missing, but still are very presentable, and affordable.

$1.00 - 1.25 each. At a distance, they look almost as gorgeous
as the best white eye feathers!
